New Kitchens at Blackbird!
This April, Blackbird is excited to be working with Southbend to install all new kitchen equipment in both the main dining room kitchen and the upstairs private dining kitchen. Southbend, has been a leader in professional kitchen equipment in 1898.
In the main dining room kitchen, Southbend will be installing two new ovens, a new grill, fryer and salamander (broiler), a new flat top stove and French top stove and 10 new burners. Upstairs, two new ovens, eight burners and a new double stack convection oven will be installed.
Chef Paul has been a fan of Southbend equipment for some time. As you know, the kitchens at Blackbird are not very big and on a busy Saturday night there is no room for error! Making sure the equipment works perfectly day in and day out is essential to making the best food possible.
