please join blackbird bar manager, derek mercer, for another sneak peek into our beverage program. in march, the focus is carbonated cocktails you'll enjoy morning, noon, and night... all using blackbird's selection of top-shelf spirits.
with just eight seats available per class, derek will give you a hands-on opportunity to create fun, fizzy drinks using our fine selection of ingredients and bar tools, and blackbird chef de cuisine, ryan pfeiffer, will round out the experience with light bites from the kitchen.
