When we opened Blackbird more than two decades ago, the West Loop was a different place than it is today. Chicago was a different city than it is now. And people were eating a little bit differently than they are these days.

It’s been amazing to watch our neighborhood, the city we love, and the guests we cherish, as they’ve evolved along with us over the last 20 years. To celebrate that evolution, we’re bringing in some friends from all around North America to cook in the kitchen with Chef Paul Kahan and Chef de Cuisine Ryan Pfeiffer. Call it the Blackbird at 20 series.

Every month, we’ll welcome a different chef to co-host a collaborative, multi-course dinner in our upstairs private dining space. While seats are limited, we’ll also be serving a dish or two from the event on our a la carte dinner menu for the evening. View the full lineup below, and check back here for ticket links for the entire series soon.
